At RMT, founded in 2017 by cancer survivor Barbara Turknett Edwards, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care and unwavering support to individuals and families navigating the challenges of cancer. Inspired by Barbara's battle with Triple Negative Breast Cancer, RMT offers comprehensive resources, emotional support, and practical assistance aimed at enhancing the quality of life for cancer patients, survivors, and their loved ones. Our services include educational resources, personalized support programs, and wellness initiatives, ensuring that everyone in our community receives the holistic care they need.

Central to our approach is the integration of creativity into healing through initiatives like the Arts In Medicine (AIM) Art Studio. This program offers patients opportunities to explore and express themselves artistically, inspired by Barbara's passion for art and its therapeutic benefits. Additionally, Barbara’s "Be Kind Art Collection" emphasizes kindness as a powerful tool for healing and community unity. Under Barbara’s compassionate leadership, RMT remains a beacon of hope, empowering and uplifting those affected by cancer, fostering connections that transcend challenges, much like the supportive and collaborative spirit seen in communities addressing broader social issues.

Testimonials

Customer Stories

"Ms. Barbara, I would like to give you a big thanks for the inspiring words of encouragement to me and also for that other ear to listen and answer any questions that I have. I also want to thank God for sending you into my life, even though I haven’t met you yet, it seems like I’ve known you for years. Thank you with all my heart. (Coached through chemotherapy for a year, without ever meeting in person)."

-E. Woods, Deerfield Beach FL
